About the Company

Stavir Solutions is a Kerala-based startup founded in 2023. We specialize in cloud and software consulting, serving a growing portfolio of clients across Europe, Australia, and India. Our team is committed to delivering high-quality solutions and fostering continuous innovation.

Training Period

  • Duration: 1 to 2 months (based on candidate's pace of learning)
  • Candidates must clear the assessment at the end of the training period to proceed to the internship stage.

Internship Period

  • Duration: 3 to 6 months (based on performance)
  • Stipend will be provided during the internship.

Permanent Employment

  • Based on performance and business requirements, interns may be offered a permanent role after completing the internship.
  • Final selection will include a confirmation interview.
  • Candidates who successfully transition to full-time employment will receive an industry-standard entry-level salary with performance incentives.
  • Those who are not confirmed will receive an internship experience certificate.

Work Mode

Hybrid and full-time work-from-home options are available.

Eligibility

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong interest in sales and marketing
  • Basic understanding of IT services and consulting is a plus
  • Ideal for 2024 and 2025 MBA, BBA, or B.Tech graduates
